koolkatcondiments monthly batch sauces 2: boom boom hot sauce! made with a shit ton of fresh bbq grilled jalapeños and bbq grilled fresh sweet tomatilos to give it a lil smokey flavour. this is my take on a classic salsa verde but with more jalapeños, I made my own basil infused oil to slowly emulsify the sauce to give it a hint of basily goodness. this one goes out to Basil Brush
