HOT KAT SAUCE is the new perfected recipe for koolkatcondiments and is a sweet ,smokey, spicy hot sauce with a mean kick from the ugandan habeneros yet stuttle sweetness from carmalised oinions and a smokey finish from the chipotle chillis. An all round tasty sauce that packs a punch but with flavour.
