Batch 3 is here! A nice and sweet hot sauce with a big kick!

This is my biggest batch yet made from peaches and scotch bonnets. i caramelised the peaches in brown sugar for hours adding lime juice, tajin and some other secret spices and then blitzed them up with BBQ roasted scotch bonnets. Big hit of sweet and spicey that works amaiznly with our barbacoa, chilli rellenos, pollo asado and of corse with tortilla chips
